Carers Link Lancashire was founded in April 2014 from the previous organisation of Carers Link Hyndburn & Ribble Valley and the adult carers team from Carers Contact.
Action for ASD Is a charitable body for people affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders. The organisation is based at the Autism Resource Centre, a specially designed facility in Harle Syke, Burnley, which houses our soft play centre, bouncy castle, activity area, games consoles, internet area, resource library, offices. conference and meeting rooms.

The Blue Badge scheme is to help people with severe mobility problems park close to their destination. The Department of Transport has provided more information about the rights and responsibilities of a blue badge holder including where they can and cannot park.
NoWcard has been set up jointly by Cumbria and Lancashire County Councils; and Blackburn with Darwen Borough and Blackpool Councils. Working closely with bus operators and other agencies, each local authority will be issuing NoWcard English National Concession Travel Passes and equipping buses with new upgraded ticket machines all under the NoWcard banner. www.nowcard.org
Safeguarding Adults – Every day, abuse of adults at risk goes unreported.
