To ensure that we consistently maintain high standards, we regularly check our services through home visits, spot checks and reviews. We also have other methods to monitor our service delivery and tools to ensure that we deliver the best service.

We are commissioned by Lancashire County Council and are regulated and monitored by the Care Quality Commission.
