We manage employees Pay As You Earn, TAX and National Insurance contributions. Why have all of the hassle and paperwork to deal with yourself and potentially fall foul of the law?
We pay holiday pay / sickness pay that is due and still provide care when it is required. If your employed carer is off sick or on holiday would you feel confident managing this and still having to pay someone else to provide your care?
Not sure of the background of who you are employing and their past? We check all employees work history and Criminal Records for your peace of mind through our recruitment process.
All staff are fully trained to meet the needs of the people we support. They also have a comprehensive 4 day induction covering all aspects of care and support.
